MSLA2 - results before 1st select

Hello,
Thank You for your code, MSLA2 (from: coursesweb.net/php-mysql/filter-multiple-select-lists_s2 ). I want to use it with small changes and unfortunately I need help.
1. I would like the first results to show up before the first selections.
2. I would like all 3 selections to be visible at once.
Can You help me, please?

Those "small changes" aren't so "small", it requires to rewrite some significant part of the code.
If you want help with those modifications, post what you have tried to modify yourself, and what is not working.

The script is free as it is.
