FileManager - Not Count elements inside a folder

I just installed and customize a bit your helpful script for our intranet but I'm facing a little problem.
Count of elements inside a folder are not displayed until it's selected.
Do you have an idea what could go wrong ?

- Not know what modifications you made to customize the script, but maybe those changes are the problem.

the Count problems occured before I made change so I don't think it's related.
