facebook Page not eligible to have a username

I made a page on facebook for JavaScript-jQuery section of this website.
I saw in the About link of the facebook page that I can add an unique username which will also create an URL for that page, with a short link: fb.me/username
Well, it sounds nice, but when I wanted to create an username which was available it says "This page does not qualify to have a username.".

- Searching on internet i found that it is a bug and the solution /trick to the issue was to create another Admin for that page and he added the username.
